Jim stayed home and took care of the kids so I did not have to worry one second while I was away.
When I got back I checked in on Jim and Lilly's garden. You might be wondering why I am so excited about gardening and why I am taking up blog space about our garden. It is because I have never before in my life had a successful garden. Of course this garden has nothing to do with me other than the fact that I get to pick the produce.
I will shamefully admit that I had no idea what broccoli looked like before it came to the grocery store. It's pretty cool.
Jim's zucchini are taking off, we picked the two smaller ones last night and the two huge ones tonight. More will be ready this week. I always heard about people's zucchini growing in great abundance, and I am very excited about it!

The garden looks great. I need to hear more about this garden conference. Also my laptop caught on fire today. I'm so sad! :(
I wish I was there to see your garden and eat it with you :( Hope all is well! We miss you guys!
love the last picture. The garden looks great!!
it really is a cavage patch... a cute little Pitcavage siting in a cabbage patch... wait it's cabbage right? I too have no idea what anything looks like before it comes to the grocery store. Until I was 18 I thought lettuce came in a bag and everything else was cabbage. Your (jim's) garden is amazing. I love the pictures.
Love the amazing garden, and can't wait to hear more about your music progam!
Wow! That garden is gorgeous! I've heard that you shouldn't grow zucchini unless you have lots of friends. :) Totally jealous of your fresh produce. Good job, Jim and Lilly
