It just so happened to be restaurant week in NYC, which means all the fancy restaurants have fixed price three course meals for around $25. We were able to have lunch at the plaza which was wonderful.
I took pictures at the plaza since it was our first stop in NY. Then I left my camera in the hotel room which ended my picture taking fun in NY. This was not on purpose.
After lunch we checked into our hotel near central park and hit the streets.
After the show I stopped in at a bakery that was voted best cupcakes in NYC. They were so delicious I ate them after the show AND for breakfast.In the morning we went for a jog in central park and ate a NY bagel. After that we drove down to Soho so I could find the yarn shop that I blog stalk and check out all the cool boutiques. We had some great NY pizza from Famous Ben's Pizza which was feautred in Men in Black II and then we headed back home. We had a wonderful weekend together.

How fun! I still remember the flowers at the Plaza when we went in high school- that trip is one of my favorite memories ever.
