I spent hours and hours making this stupid jello layer dessert.
I don't think I have the luck of the Irish. I found the idea from my friends blog who found the idea from another blog. I can assure you that mine does not look like hers:
So even though it took hours of my day, the colors bled together, it didn't really taste all that great, AND it looks nothing like the model picture (I lack the photography skills and the camera and apparently the jello stacking skills) ; Jim and Lilly loved it.
In the end that's all that really matters.
Happy St. Patrick's Day (tomorrow). Kiss me I'm probably 1/16 Irish.

As my grandmother always says, "at least we know it's not store-bought!"
My Aunt always makes that for Thanksgiving dinner, it seriously takes FOREVER, but is a huge pleaser with the kiddo-s. And does jello have to look good to taste good? I don't think so.
It is beautiful! I remember making that once years ago, when you were a baby. It is a lot of work, you are to be commended.
Mind didn't turn out looking exactly like hers either!! but the kids LOVED it! So Erin Go Brah, right? :)
